HealthPointe Insurance Services strives to keep our clients abreast of rules, regulations, and requirements as they are announced. We will also from time to time sponsor “Lunch and Learn” or seminar opportunities for our clients to hear from experts in the field.

You have questions, we have answers. Our staff spends countless hours attending webinars, reading publications, and studying the different facets of health care reform. If there is an answer that you need that we do not have, we will research it for you.

Our enrollment team is available to you throughout the year to sit down with your employees face to face, or if you prefer over the phone to describe your benefits program, answer questions, and complete enrollment applications.

For many employees it can be quite frustrating to try to navigate the system in resolving a claims issue. We are always happy to provide assistance with these matters and work toward speedy resolution.

As our work force ages, more and more employees have questions about whether or not they should stay on the group plan or go on Medicare. We can help. We will walk them through the costs and benefits associated with their choices.

If you have an employee who is eligible for Medicaid, under ACA rules you will not be penalized if that employee chooses Medicaid over your group plan. This can be a win-win.

We are in contact with our clients on an ongoing basis throughout the year to help them with enrollments, benefit questions, claims issues, billing issues etc. We want you to feel that you have an extra team member in us. Yes, we shop the market for the best benefits for our clients but it doesn’t stop there. Getting the signature on the employer application is just the beginning. We then become a part of your HR team to work with you throughout the year enrolling new hires, communicating benefits, and resolving issues.

When you call or email your broker, if you do not get a response back in 24 hours is that good enough for you? We strive to answer all calls and emails on the same day in which we receive it. If we do not have the answer immediately we will still respond to assure you that we are working on getting you the answer.
